Well Story
RAZOR #11-0241H is a 2012 horizontal Niobrara oil well in northern Weld County, in the Denver-Julesburg Basin (Township 10 North, Range 58 West). It is producing and
operated by Fundare Resources Operating Company; Whiting operated it until late 2022. It was spudded on 27 November 2012, and Colorado records 10 December 2012 as
its completion date, 13 days later. Four casing strings are recorded: a 20″ conductor to 80 ft (listed as planned only), 9⅝″ surface casing to 1,850 ft cemented to
surface with 884 sacks, 7″ production casing to 6,306 ft with 443 sacks and a top of cement at 75 ft from the cement bond log, and a 4½″ liner from 5,104 ft to
12,552 ft. A 200-sack squeeze cement job is recorded from 2,710 to 2,810 ft. The directional survey puts the kickoff at 5,305 ft MD in the Pierre Shale, above the
Sharon Springs (5,871 ft) and Niobrara (5,878 ft) tops. The well lands at 6,225 ft MD (5,938 ft TVD) and runs north to a total depth of 12,652 ft MD, a lateral of
about 6,427 ft. On 11 March 2013 it was stimulated with a 32-stage slickwater fracture treatment: 3,808,024 lb of proppant and 85,947 barrels of fluid, at up to
6,757 psi. A 24-hour separator test on 8 April 2013 gave 340 barrels of 34° API oil, 105 MCF of gas and 295 barrels of water per day, at 2,100 psi tubing and 155 psi
casing pressure. The plug-back depth is 12,389 ft. 2⅞″ tubing is set at 5,011 ft with a packer at 5,010 ft, 94 ft above the liner top. First production was on 18
March 2013. Through August 2026 the well made 146,256 barrels of oil and 359,505 MCF of gas, 206,174 barrels of oil equivalent, along with 155,379 barrels of water.
No gas has been reported since 2023. It was shut in from January 2015 to May 2016.

Data Quality Notes
⚠ Kickoff (5,305 ft MD) and landing (6,225 ft MD) are read from the directional
survey; COGIS records neither.
⚠ Production is from ECMC's monthly reports through August 2026. The well was
shut in from January 2015 to May 2016, and no gas has been reported since 2023.
⚠ Treatment summary sand amounts add to 3,776,540 lb; ECMC's proppant total is
3,808,024 lb. Both as published.
⚠ Surface cement bottom (1,892 ft) is below the shoe (1,850 ft), as published.
⚠ Conductor (20″) and its cement are in the permit (planned) records only; no
completion record shows it was run.
⚠ No cement record for the liner: it may be uncemented or the record may be
missing.
